About the artist:Lisa Malkiewicz is a mother who has also been a Stress Management consultant for eight years. Most of her clients are business executives who need to be taught how to handle the pressures and anxieties in their lives. These are brilliant business people, but they don't know how to deal effectively with stress and suffer the resulting effects to their health. Lisa teaches these over-stressed grown-ups to employ different relaxation techniques, including guided imagery and progressive relaxation.
